NOTICE OF OBLIGATIONS FOR A VALID WARRANTY / COMPLAINT CLAIM
In accordance with Article 2.4 of the General Terms of Business of MR Engines global d.o.o. (the Service Provider), acceptance of any complaint regarding services rendered is conditional upon strict observance of the obligations laid down in that Article and of the additional obligations set out in this notice.
When filing a claim you must attach the evidence listed below, proving that each obligation has been met.
OBLIGATIONS THAT CONDITION THE RIGHT TO A COMPLAINT

Photo(s) of the cleaned parts, and if replacement was necessary, invoice for the new part and a mechanic's confirmation of replacement.Clean the intercooler, air-filter housing, intake pipes and intake manifold. Faulty parts must be replaced.Requires evidence

Invoice / report / certificate issued by an authorised Turbo or Bosch service centre.Inspect / overhaul the turbocharger and replace the oil feed and return lines.Requires evidence

Invoice / report / certificate issued by an authorised Turbo or Bosch service centre.Inspect / overhaul the high-pressure fuel pump and the injectors.Requires evidence

Invoice / report / certificate from the mechanic.Inspect / replace the radiator, thermostat, cabin-heater core, expansion tank and all pipes / hoses in the cooling system.Recommended

Use the prescribed coolant and bleed the cooling system correctly.Recommended

Video showing initial oil-pressure reading.Build oil pressure before first start-up, measuring with a gauge while injectors or glow-plugs are removed.Requires evidence

Completed service booklet or signed statement by the installing professional.Engine installation must be carried out by a qualified professional.Recommended

Invoice / report / certificate from the mechanic.Perform the first service at 1000 km.Requires evidence

Handle and operate the engine diligently and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.Recommended
Important Legal Notice
In the event of any engine malfunction, you must immediately inform both the mechanic and the Service Provider and follow their instructions.
Failure to comply with the above obligations, or to supply the required evidence, releases MR Engines from liability for conformity of services or goods and entitles the company to reject the complaint as unfounded, in accordance with Article 2.4 of the General Terms of Business.
